Adrian Clark
Journalist, author, ex-Premiership footballer
Adrian Clark went from school to a career as a professional footballer in the early 1990s. At 17 he was signed by Arsenal and made several appearances for the first team as a winger under Bruce Rioch’s management. He also played for England schoolboys. After leaving Arsenal when Arsene Wenger became manager, Adrian played for a number of clubs in the football league. For the last three years he has worked as a journalist on a variety of football magazines and newspapers and is deputy editor of Icons web site, where he manages the online preesence of several premiership footballers. He is currently working on a book about football agents, provisionally titled What’s In It For Me?: Football Agents Exposed. It is expected to be ready for publication in summer 2008.
