Please choose a help topic from the list on the left.
How do I navigate the site?
You can find links to the main sections of the site at the top of every page. The name of the section you are currently in is highlighted in red text at the top of the page. For example, on this page ‘help’ is red.
Links to pages within each section and to pages related to the one you are currently viewing are always displayed in the side panel on the left of your screen.
How do I access the forward programme?
The forward programme section of the site is restricted to users who have been given the password. If you would like to have access to this section, please email us.
How do I download sample material?
When viewing individual titles, you will find a link to view sample spreads in the left hand column. This link allows you to scroll through low-resolution images of sample spreads in your browser.
In some cases, you can also download high-resolution versions of the material as PDF files. To do so, simply click on the relevant link in the panel on the left of your screen.
For the forward programme, you can also download advance information sheets in PDF format. To do so, simply click on the relevant link in the left panel.
Depending on your computer setup, PDF files will either open in your browser window or download to your desktop. To save a PDF file that has opened in your browser window, simply select Save As from the File menu in your browser.
How accessible is the site?
We have tried to make the site accessible to as many users as possible, including people using screen-reading software and users with older browsers.
The following access keys are active on all pages of the site:
1 - takes you to the homepage
2 – takes you to our books
3 – takes you to our services
4 – takes you to the agency section
5 – takes you to the about us section
6 – takes you to the news section
7 – takes you to the contact us page
8 – takes you to the help page (this page)
Note that access keys are activated differently depending on the browser you are using. For example, if you are using Safari on a Mac, hold down the CTRL key with the access key listed above to open the relevant link. In Internet Explorer 5+ for the PC, however, you would hold down the ALT key with the access key, release both keys and then press enter to go to the link.
We would welcome your feedback on the accessibility of the site.
