We are delighted to announce the sale of May Pang’s Lost Lennon Archive — featuring 150 previously unseen photographs of her life with John Lennon, taken between 1973 and 1975 — to
St Martin’s Press in America. Other territories are being negotiated.
Anna Pasternak’s Daisy Dooley Does Divorce, a novel based on her column in the Daily Mail newspaper, is published in the UK in May by
Vermillion. It will appear in America through
Warner’s 5-Spot imprint in October, and in Germany via , Random House in Holland through Unieboek, in Italy with
Sonzognoand in the Czech Republic with
Baronet.
The paperback edition of Stand & Deliver by Adam Ant is published by Macmillan in September. It will include a new chapter in which Adam writes about the hardback publication, the book signing tour, meeting his fans and plans for the future.
Publication of Pete Scholey’s My Unsung Heroes of The SAS has been put back to Spring of 2008 by Osprey, due to unforseen circumstances. It is hoped that Frederick Forsyth will be contributing a foreword to the book, however.
Simon Parke’s The Beautiful Life Ten New Commandments was published by Bloomsbury in January and received very good reviews. Simon appeared on BBC Radio 4’s Today programme and BBC Radio Five Live’s Simon Mayo show to talk about the book. He is currently considering the follow-up title.
